I haven&#039;t english FF, but a suggestion:
After cearing in the database, you don&#039;t need click from bookmark to bookmark. Just rightclick on the BOOKMARK toolbar, and there is something like this: Open every bookmark on separate tab. It opens all bookmarks by one click, takes a bit of time, and the result is: all the favicons are refreshed.

The main idea - the database cleaning - is very useful.
